Judge allows challenge to Islam indoctrination in NJ to proceed

A school district in New Jersey that indoctrinated children in the
Islamic faith, teaching beliefs as facts, has failed to dismiss a
lawsuit, with a judge ruling the motion wasn’t worth more than “minimal
discussion.”
